Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Product maintenance

Clean the stains with a damp cloth/sponge without waiting. Dry with a dry cloth.
Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent the product from fading.
Do not use abrasive and chemical materials such as sandpaper, alcohol, bleach for cleaning the surfaces.
In case of liquid contact, wipe with a dry cloth and leave at room temperature to dry.
Protect from contact with sharp and hard objects.
We recommend dry cleaning for upholstered products.
There may be color and texture differences in the wood material used in the products. This difference is due to the natural structure of the tree.
The thread coming out of any part of the fabrics should never be pulled and torn. It should be cut with scissors without damaging the product.
Use the bulb recommended by our sales representative in our lighting products and make sure that the bulb is suitable for dimmer use in lighting connected to the dimmer.
